Carmen Miller

Originally from Houston, Texas, Carmen S. Miller, Esq., is a current member of the Florida Bar and has been in good standing for over ten years. She served the people of Tampa Bay as an assistant public defender for over eight years. She represented thousands of clients in the criminal justice system through motions, negotiations, hearings, and trials. She cares for her clients and champions their legal positions in the courtroom. Now, as a private attorney, she is expanding her legal skills to include civil law, focusing on family and elder law. As a sole practitioner, she can devote the time and care necessary to each client to personally ensure zealous legal representation.
